At St John Fisher, supporting charities is an important part of our commitment to Journeying to excellence through faith and learning. Inspired by our Mission Statement, Love Jesus, love learning, inspiring each other to be the best that we can be, we encourage our children to show compassion and generosity towards others. Through fundraising events, community projects, and acts of service, our pupils live out their faith in practical ways, learning that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. By working together to support a range of local, national, and global charities, our school family grows in love, empathy, and understanding, embodying the Gospel values at the heart of all we do.
At our school, each class supports a chosen charity that they fundraise for throughout the year, alongside a number of whole-school charity initiatives.
